How to prepare for rehabilitation?
What is desirable on the eve of physical therapy so that the diagnosis is most accurate:
For high-quality testing and correction (especially during physical therapy of internal organs), 3 hours before the appointment, the patient:
- must not smoke (any types of cigarettes, vapes, etc.);
- shouldn't consume strong tea or coffee, chocolate, candies, cakes, fried, fatty food;
- the patient should not be hungry (preferably a light breakfast/lunch/snack in 1.5-2 hours).
A day before the appointment, the patient should NOT: take vitamins, dietary supplements, herbal preparations, homeopathic and pharmaceutical preparations (except vital ones). It is advisable to take all of the above with you to the appointment to check compatibility with the body.
Two days before the appointment, the patient should NOT consume food or drinks containing alcohol, as well as energy and stimulant drinks.
What is the form of clothing for rehabilitation?
- During the examination and physical therapy, the patient should either wear comfortable, light, non-tight clothing (preferably made of natural fabrics) or underwear. It is advisable to wear light socks or "traces" on the feet.
- For women, the bra should be replaced with a T-shirt or "top".
What are the contraindications to physical therapy, rehabilitation?

• with an acute viral or bacterial infection, elevated body temperature;
• with thrombophlebitis and tendency to clot formation;
• with aneurysms, tendency to bleeding;
• with hypertension above III degree;
• with uncompensated type I diabetes;
• with HIV, oncological and autoimmune diseases;
• patients during menstruation;
• with epilepsy, pronounced mental and behavioral disorders;
• in a state of alcohol intoxication or use of narcotic drugs, energy boosters;
• with excess weight (more than 120 kg) and obesity;
• with other diseases for which physical therapy and active movement are contraindicated.
Do I need to bring a towel or a sheet?
No, everything necessary is available in the institution.
Do I need rehabilitation
if I'm not injured?
Yes of course. An initial inspection is desirable for everyone to identify hidden violations and eliminate them.
Are there contraindications to physical therapy?
Visitors who have the following contraindications cannot receive physical therapy services:
- Cardiovascular pathologies (thrombophlebitis, aneurysm, hypertension of the 3rd degree and above, stroke, heart attack, etc.)
- Stenosis of the cervical or lumbar spine
- Epilepsy (non-medicated epilepsy, sympromatic)
- Severe neurology with paresis, paralysis
Are medical documents required?
- After injuries of the spine/pelvis - conclusions of instrumental examination methods (MRI);
- Those over 55 years of age must provide new results of instrumental examination methods (MRI, ultrasound, ...) and conclusions of specialized doctors on the patient's main problem;
