The Ukrainian version of this Policy prevails.

- the text of your message.
If you voluntarily include health information in your message, we process it only with your explicit consent (Art. 7 of the Law) and solely to organize rehabilitation. Please do not send medical documents through the form.

5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required by law. The Site relies on technical providers: a hosting provider (Hostinger) and an email service (Google Gmail) through which requests are delivered. These providers may process data on servers outside Ukraine with an adequate level of protection.
Donations via PayPal or bank transfer are processed by those payment services under their own terms; the Site does not receive or store payment card data.

7. Cookies and third-party services
The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Videos are hosted on our own server. The Google Map on the “For soldiers” page loads only after you click — from then on Google may set its own cookies under its policy. Links to Facebook, PayPal, bank.gov.ua and partner websites lead to third-party resources with their own privacy policies.
8. Data security
We apply organizational and technical measures to protect personal data: the connection to the Site is encrypted (HTTPS), and only authorized staff of the center have access to requests.
9. Children’s data
The Site is not intended to collect data from children. If you are under 14, please contact us only together with a parent or legal guardian.
10. Supervision and complaints
Compliance with personal data legislation is supervised by the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights: 21/8 Instytutska St., Kyiv 01008; hotline 0 800 50 17 20; ombudsman.gov.ua.
